Harriet Tubman was a very famous person from Maryland. She helped save over  300 slaves. Tubman made 19 trips to Maryland. At one point they were offering a $40,000 reward to anyone who caught her; however , she never got caught. As Tubman once said,”On my underground railroad I never run my train off the track and I never lost a passenger.” Harriet Tubman was a great woman and I hope one day everyone can be as brave and courageous as her.
